The capabilities are the same across the board. What changes is scale: how many monitors, how often they check, how far back the history goes, and how many people you bring along.

Questions about pricing

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated. If you downgrade below the number of monitors you are running, the ones over the new limit simply stop running, oldest kept, until you remove some or upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.

What counts as a monitor?

One thing you watch on one check. A single URL, host, port or SSH command is one monitor, regardless of how many escalation steps or integrations its policy uses.

Are integrations limited by plan?

No. Every plan, including Free, has all eight: Slack, Discord, Teams, Email, SMS, PagerDuty, Jira and Webhook. The plan sets how many monitors you run and how often they check, not which alerts you can send.

Which plans get a status page?

Every paid plan can publish a public status page at your own subdomain and choose which monitors appear on it. The free plan does not include a status page.

How do team seats work?

Team includes ten seats and Business includes twenty five. Invite colleagues to the same account so they can see monitors, take part in escalation policies, acknowledge incidents and take shifts on the on-call rota. Seats are included in the plan price, never billed separately.

Which plans include on-call scheduling?

Team and Business. You paint a repeating week of shifts across the people on your account, and any email alert set to follow the rota pages whoever is on duty when it fires. It comes with the team seats on those plans, at no extra cost.

How does billing work?

Monthly, in EUR, through Mollie. Manage or cancel any time from the billing page in your dashboard. There are no per-seat charges and no setup fees.

Do you offer anything bigger than Business?

If five hundred monitors is not enough, get in touch and we will sort something out.
