Questions
What counts as a monitor?
One flow on the canvas: a single monitor block and everything you wire to it. The escalation steps, branches and notify blocks don't count against your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply right away. If you downgrade below your current monitor count, the monitors over the new limit stop running (the oldest are kept) until you remove some or upgrade again.
Are all integrations really on every plan?
Yes. Slack, Discord, Teams, email, SMS, PagerDuty, Jira and webhooks work on Free too. Plans differ on scale, not on where alerts can go.
What does check interval mean?
How often Hesklo probes each monitor. Free checks every five minutes; paid plans go down to one minute, and Team and Business reach 30 seconds for faster detection.
How does history work?
Each plan keeps your check results and incident events for the listed window, which is what the overview uptime and the per-monitor history are drawn from.
How is billing handled?
Monthly through Stripe. Manage your card, invoices and cancellation from the billing portal inside the dashboard at any time.
